Delivery
Our regular delivery hours are between 11:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Deliveries are made within this time frame, specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed. If you need delivery within a particular window, please contact us with a preferred three-hour time frame and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
Holiday delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Due to high volume during holidays, we’re unable to guarantee deliveries within a specific time window.
For deliveries to offices or businesses, please be sure to provide accurate business hours.
Design & Seasonal Availability
As our designs feature fresh, seasonal flowers and natural plants, variations in colour, texture, and composition may occur. While we aim to match the images as closely as possible, the final designs may vary depending on availability and lighting conditions. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to preserve the overall aesthetic and value.
