Delivery
Our regular delivery hours are between 11:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Deliveries are made within this time frame, specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed. If you need delivery within a particular window, please contact us with a preferred three-hour time frame and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
Holiday delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Due to high volume during holidays, we’re unable to guarantee deliveries within a specific time window.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to preserve the overall aesthetic and value.
